RAW Art Creative Studio Workshop Refund Policy
Refunds, Cancellations & Weather Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because our events and creative experiences require advance preparation, supplies, and reserved seating, the following policies apply:
Guided Workshops & Public Events
Tickets may be canceled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the event.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable; however, guests may request a credit toward a future RAW Art Creative Studio event if notice is provided before the event begins.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Drop-In Creative Sessions
Prepaid drop-in creative sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the reserved time slot. Refund or credit available.
Because materials and workspace are prepared in advance, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reserved session can be credited for another session only. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Reservations help us prepare materials and seating in advance. If your schedule is uncertain, we welcome walk-ins during open creative hours whenever space is available.
Private Parties & Group Bookings
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date if notice is provided at least 14 days before the event.
Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.
Weather & Emergency Closures
If RAW Art Creative Studio cancels an event due to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to:
- Transfer their registration to a future event
- Receive studio credit
- Receive a full refund
If the studio remains open and an event proceeds as scheduled, standard cancellation policies apply.
